1. Who may play
Jellyhaven: Kingdom Puzzle is provided by Kedayworks for players aged 13 and older. Please use the game and its friends feature in line with these terms.
Jellyhaven is free to play and works offline. Online features, ads and purchases need their respective services to be available.
2. Virtual coins and items
Coins, boosters and other virtual items are for use within Jellyhaven. They have no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged for money.
3. Purchases and refunds
Apple or Google processes purchases through the App Store or Google Play. Refund requests go through the store where you made the purchase and are subject to its rules and your applicable consumer rights.
We do not receive your card or bank details. If you need help restoring a purchase, visit Support.
4. Remove Ads and rewarded ads
Remove Ads turns off ads other than optional rewarded ads. Rewarded ads remain a choice: you decide whether to watch one for the offered reward.
5. Fair play and reporting
Treat other players respectfully. Do not harass others, use abusive nicknames, cheat, exploit bugs or interfere with the game or its online service.
You can remove, block or report a player through the friends feature. Use reports for genuine concerns. If you need help, contact support.
6. Your online profile
We may suspend or end an online profile for abuse of the game or its online features.
You don’t need an online profile to play. The game creates one only when you choose to use friends: the first time you open FRIENDS, a friend’s invite link or GUIDE → ONLINE PROFILE. Your nickname comes from Google Play Games or Apple Game Center, or is “Player” followed by part of your friend code.
You can delete your own online profile in GUIDE → ONLINE PROFILE → DELETE ONLINE PROFILE, or request deletion by email. A profile that has not been signed in to for 12 months is deleted automatically. See Delete your data for what is removed and when.
Game progress is saved on your phone. Signing in with Google Play Games or Apple Game Center restores your friends and nickname, not a server backup of your full game progress.
7. The game may change
Jellyhaven may change over time, including its levels, features and balancing. Online services may also be interrupted or unavailable. We do not promise that every feature will always be available or stay the same.
8. Responsibility and limits
We aim to provide a game that works well, but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited or takes away mandatory consumer rights.
